Kells peeps! This is one of the more infamous (and fun) CrossFit workouts, primarily due to the attached video made early-on in CrossFit lore out in Santa Cruz…take a look and watch the whole thing if you have a few minutes.
And like everything we do, this whole workout is scalable so don't sweat the muscle ups! There will be plenty of pull ups, ring rows and pushups for everyone!
