Happy Wednesday errr'one! Quick note on this week...

You may have noticed already, it is a heavy week with a lot of volume. BE SMART. Listen to your body. Rest when needed, and scale where needed. For today, do not feel that you have to go super heavy on the deadlifts or Bear Complex IF your body is telling you not to. 

Pay attention to where you are with the Hatch cycle, check-in with your coaches on the status of your back and joints, and proceed appropriately.
