Rest 2 Minutes

Level 2- (65,35)

Level 1- (55,25) 8,10,12,14


*Note- This workout is designed to be fast intervals- 2-4 Minutes each without much if any rest. If you cannot perform the movements quickly, scale the reps and the load.
